My alarm did not ring

1. Open Settings → Reliability check (or the red banner on the alarm list). Fix every red item: notifications, exact alarms, the full-screen alarm screen, and battery saving.
2. On Samsung, Xiaomi / Redmi / POCO, Oppo / Realme / OnePlus, Vivo / iQOO, Huawei / Honor and Motorola phones, follow the phone-specific steps shown in the panel ("Fix" opens the right settings page where Android allows it). Setting battery use to Unrestricted and allowing Autostart matter most.
3. Tap Test ring in 1 minute and lock your phone to hear it.
4. The panel lists any missed ring with the reason Alarm Drill detected (for example "Battery saving stopped Alarm Drill" or "The phone was off").

Phone battery and system settings can block any alarm app. Alarm Drill cannot guarantee every alarm; please keep a second alarm for anything critical.

The alarm is too quiet / plays in my headphones

• In the alarm editor, raise Volume and keep Override phone volume on.
• Check Fade in: with a long fade-in the alarm starts quietly on purpose.
• Settings → Ring on the phone speaker plays the alarm on the phone speaker even when headphones are connected.
• If you picked your own music file and moved or deleted it, Alarm Drill falls back to its built-in sound. Before the first unlock after a restart, the built-in sound always plays.

Missions

• Math, typing, shake, steps, barcode, memory: each has a "Try it" preview in the mission picker. Every mission and difficulty is free.
• I can't finish the mission. After 5 failed attempts or 10 minutes of ringing, the mission is skipped: tap the numbers 1 → 4 in order to stop the alarm. You are never stuck.
• Barcode: register the barcode in the mission picker (for example on a product in your bathroom). The camera is only used for this, and nothing is saved except the barcode value.
• Typing: sentences are in your app language. Autocorrect is off on purpose; extra spaces are forgiven, but letters, capitals and punctuation count.
• Steps / shake need the phone's motion sensor. If it does not respond, Alarm Drill says so and lets you stop the alarm by tapping 1 → 4; pick another mission for next time.

Wake-up check

If you turned it on, Alarm Drill asks "Still awake?" 3, 5 or 10 minutes after you dismiss. Tap I'm up within 60 seconds, or the alarm rings again with the same mission.

Morning card and weather

• Pick your city in Settings → City for weather (a built-in list, no location permission). Only that city's coordinates go to the weather service.
• If the weather row is missing, there was no connection; the rest of the card still works.
• "On time" means you dismissed within 5 minutes of the alarm time, passed any wake-up check, and snoozed at most once.

Ads and purchases

• Alarm Drill is free and shows ads only on the morning card, at most once a day by default, never while ringing or at night.
• Remove ads (one-time) turns ads off.
• Alarm Drill Plus unlocks push-ups, squats, plank, jumping jacks, dance and "Let the light in", Camera check, your reps history, ad-free mornings and alarm backup. Choose yearly (7 days free for new subscribers), monthly, or Lifetime once.
• Cancel a subscription: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Alarm Drill → Cancel. Cancel during the free week and you pay nothing; Alarm Drill reminds you 2 days before it ends.
• Can't do push-ups today? After 90 seconds without a rep, tap "Switch to Math for today". Sick or injured: Settings → "Sick or injured?" pauses body missions for a few days.
• New phone or reinstalled? Use Restore purchases on the purchase screen or in Settings, signed in to the same Google account.

Language

Alarm Drill is available in 15 languages. It follows your phone's language, or pick one in Settings → Language.

Your data

The app crashes or freezes

Update Alarm Drill from Google Play, restart your phone, then open Alarm Drill once (it re-arms your alarms on start). If it still happens, email us with your phone model, Android version and what you were doing.
